HOW FAT IS BURNED BY YOUR BODY.

Gaining muscle through strength training raises your body's resting metabolic rate and the quantity of calories it burns. Your body takes more energy to maintain itself when you have higher muscle mass, even if you are not exercising.
Diet is just as crucial. Consuming foods rich in fibre, protein, and other nutrients prolongs feelings of fullness and lessens cravings. Fat storage can be avoided by avoiding highly processed and sugary diets. By maintaining a healthy metabolism and hormone balance, drinking lots of water and getting enough sleep also aid in the burning of fat.
